Options are basically to either set the sampling rate in the H2 to 48khz when you enter Audio I/F mode, or to dig through the Windows 10 settings for the microphone until you find the sampling rate, and set it to 44.1khz. However, the default setting for the Zoom H2 is 44.1khz. When windows 10 installs the Zoom H2 as an audio interface, it sets the sampling rate in the settings at 48khz. The problem was the sampling rate used by the Zoom H2 compared to the sampling rate that Windows 10 was expecting. In my setup, I could see the H2 as a microphone, I could see it in Zoom and other programs, but no signal would be seen. It wasn't related to drivers or anything similar.
I had the same issue, and I was able to resolve it.
Most likely that was definitely NOT the issue. The post was archived but you can see it here: I saw a post from two years ago about trying to use the Zoom H2 with Windows 10, and how it wouldn't work, chalking it up to using USB 3.0 ports instead of USB 2.0.
